New Family FAQs

How can I get information during the summer?

The Admissions Office will be open this summer, with the exception of the week of July 4th, when all school offices close (July 3 – July 7). You may also contact other school offices directly, although many will have reduced summer hours. The bottom of this resource page contains contact information for our school offices. You will also be receiving periodic emails from the school starting in the summer in the form of our “E-News” with information and updates. You may also contact the Admissions Office with any additional questions.

How can I get connected now?

There are many ways to get connected throughout the summer. Our Parent Ambassador Program connects you with an existing family who will reach out to you to connect over the summer and serve as a touch-point for parent-to-parent communication. If you have specific questions about this program, please contact Jane Wilson at jwilson@wccs.org, or sign up at the link provided below.

We hope you will also consider experiencing other on-campus opportunities with us! Reserve your free WCCS musical ticket to “Newsies”, and be our guest at one of our spring sports events! See information below. Also, be sure to join us for one of our summer camps! Camp opportunities will vary depending on the age of the student.

To participate in athletics, you will need a physician to complete the Athletics Physical and Participation Forms. Click here to download these forms.

Exception: If you are a high school student transferring from another school in which you have previously competed in interscholastic sports, the Athletic Department will need to clear your transfer with the NCISAA Office prior to you participating with us.
