What is your intended field of study at Anderson University?

Biology

How has learning in a Christian environment positively affected your education?

The Christian environment at WCCS has allowed me to acquire spiritual wisdom and follow the path God has set out for me.

Our mission at WCCS is “Educating students to bless our world as disciples of Jesus Christ.” How do you believe your time here at WCCS prepared you for God’s unique purpose for your life? What are you future plans beyond college?

Going on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic with WCCS has solidified my desire to help those in need, and has also revealed to me how much the school has taught me and has helped me become more mature and appreciative about different cultures. In the future, I hope to continue to go on many more mission trips.

What are you most thankful for when you consider your time at WCCS?

I am most thankful for the caring friends that have been by my side throughout my time at WCCS. Also, I will always cherish the trips our grade was able to go on, including the D.C. trip and the mission trip to the Dominican Republic.

What is a special memory you have from your time here at WCCS?

One of the most meaningful extracurricular activities I have participated in has been a life-changing mission trip to the Dominican Republic with WCCS. This trip will always have a special place in my heart, and I will never forget how it has impacted me. Learning many life lessons, I will forever cherish my experiences and memories from this trip.

Has there been a teacher at WCCS that has impacted your faith, education, or personal growth in a significant way? If you were to say thank you to this person, what would you say?

A teacher that has impacted my education is Dr. Brooks because he made AP Calculus enjoyable.

If your time here at WCCS were a story, what would be the theme?

The theme of my story at WCCS has been academic and spiritual growth.
